Our very own Sue Watkins not only fixes broken accounting systems and processes, she is also a life saver! 

 
Sue is one of the original founders, trustee and treasurer of the Hereford and Worcester Community First Responders Charity, which was founded in 2008.
Sue qualified as a First Responder with West Mids Ambulance Service in 2003/04 and was scheme coordinator in Ross-On-Wye until the family moved to Hereford.
She is so passionate about her ‘hobby’ that she has now had the whole Ducketts team trained in some basic first aid by her colleagues Tom and Ktika! 

The team had a great time learning these very important life skills and whilst hoping we never need to put them to use, they might come in handy whilst delivering the tax calculations to some of our successful clients!
